How To

FULL DAY OF PREPPING FREEZER MEALS WILL SAVE TIME IN THE LONG RUN

It’s almost cranberry harvest time and the one thing that eliminates supper hour stress is having freezer meals and lots of them. Join Emily and I in the kitchen as we prep a lot of freezer meals for fall harvest nights.

Feel free to screen shot any of the recipes shown and if you want to own a hard copy visit my website to order your copy of Serving Love One Meal at a Time (vol. 2) which is where all these recipes can be found. And FYI: add salt to the meatballs; sometimes I forget to add salt to my recipes because I season as I go and assume others do the same, but when someone else in the family follows my recipes and it doesn’t taste like mom’s, it’s because I season as I go with my favorites: salt, fresh cracked pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Simple spices, yet very effective!!
